Your satisfaction is our priority. We will work with you to understand the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a partial refund, a discount on future services, or arranging a session with different stylist, depending on the situation and our terms of service.

You can also opt to be notified when the stylist becomes available, or our customer service team can assist you in finding an alternative stylist who matches your requirements
